Yes! The Court cannot grant a divorce until 60 days have passed from the filing of the divorce petition.
If you and your spouse have minor children, issues of custody, visitation and support must be addressed in the divorce decree. The court will always consider the best interest of the children when making these decisions.
If you reconcile with your spouse before your divorce is finalized, you can withdraw the divorce petition. Generally, I recommend waiting several months to see if the reconciliation is going to be long term.
